Dr. Patrick Awosogba is a highly-regarded urban public school educator who has worked with students in economically disadvantaged districts in New York City for over thirty years.

He earned his B.A. degree in Economics from York College where he completed a four-year college program in two years, cum laude. He went on to obtain his MBA in Economic Theory and MsEd. degrees in Education Administration from St. John’s University and Baruch College respectively.

Tiffany holds the esteemed position of Senior Vice President of a mid-size Information Technology firm in Northern Virginia. Tiffany is also a 2x Best Selling Author. Her professional portfolio includes the prestigious Governor's Award for her dedicated work with small businesses.

Her educational journey began at the University of Florida, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science before culminating her academic pursuits with an MBA.

Barb is a 25-year veteran in channel/sales leadership. Her experience also includes program development and complex business transformation.

She has provided coaching and mentoring to women as well as young adults focused in STEM careers. She has dedicated time and support growing the next generation of leaders with professional development, affirming advice, and mechanisms for managing personal and professional balance.

Maggie Ukah is a results-driven human resource professional with a demonstrated focus on recruiting, guiding, and developing future leaders. She is skilled in project management and strategic methods to achieve high-level customer satisfaction in a complex operational environment.

She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.A. in Women’s Studies, and from Springfield College with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

Rhoderline Onwona-Agyeman is the founder and Executive Director of Guardian Care, a medical and nursing consulting firm in Iowa.

She has earned a BSN, MSN-Ed, and RAC-CT as a registered nurse and healthcare professional.
